Hindsight's 2020 so here's my 3 of my biggest tips I'd give myself if I started working out all over again: 1.) Get good sleep. I developed a weird lifestyle in college of adventuring, partying, sleeping at 2am, waking up at 8am, going to classes, and then working out. And for some reason I didn’t notice much progress, grueled through workouts, and wondered why I felt weak, hmm. In hindsight, maybe it’s because of bad sleep? Nooo. 2.) Protein. Get in your daily protein intake to actually reap the rewards of the hard work you’re putting in the gym. That’s like spending weeks working on an essay assignment and then just not submitting it. Like just eat your protein dawg. No but seriously, protein is relatively easy to get in, just try and surround each meal you eat with some sort of lean protein. 3.) Start small to get big. Fitness isn’t a 3 month transformation. It’s a lifestyle. If you want to look like your dream body someday it will take time. So don’t rush into things and burnout. Try 2-4 days of working out consistently before rushing straight into a 6 day a week pull legs split just because that’s what all your homies are doing. Trust me I been there and quit cause of that. #gymtips #buildmuscle #fitnesstips #fitnessmotivation #bodypositivity #gymmotivation #gym #bodypositive #gymreels #gymfit #workout #workoutroutine
