Rotisserie chicken pasta salad!! Recipe makes 4 salad jars, I only have 3 pictures here! Ingredients 1 rotisserie chicken, skin removed, I used the white meat only but you can use the brown as well. 1 box of protein pasta 1 European cucumber, diced 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 2 cups romaine lettuce Dressing: 2/3 cup nonfat Greek yogurt 2 tbsp ranch seasoning (I just used a ranch dip packet) Unsweetened almond milk to thin Instructions: 1. Prepare pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse and set aside to cool. 2. While pasta cooks, remove skin from rotisserie chicken and remove meat from the bone, diced into bite sized pieces. 3. Chop your veggies and side aside. In a small bowl whisk together dressing ingredients, adding almond milk slowly until you reach a smooth consistency, I like mine a little on the thick side. 4. Evenly distribute amongst 4 jars, starting with dressing then layering with cucumber, tomato, chicken, pasta, and romaine. 5. Place a pan over medium heat and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Add ground meat and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, chili powder, and salt. Cook until fully cooked through, crumbling the meat as you go. 2. While meat cooks chop your veggies and whisk together all Big Mac sauce ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Set aside. 3. Grab 3-4 glas jars (I used 3 32 oz glass jars, but if you have smaller jars you can make 4), layer Big Mac sauce, meat, onion, tomatoes, pickles, cheese, and lastly, lettuce. In each jar mix together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper 2. Ingredients (makes 4 servings only 3 included here) 16 oz 98% lean ground chicken or turkey 1 taco seasoning packet 1 cup salsa 1 can corn, drained and rinsed 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed 1/2 a red onion, diced 2 orange bell peppers, diced 4 cups chopped romaine 1 cup fat free cheddar cheese Instructions 1. Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat and spray with olive oil cooking spray. Add ground meat and cook until completely cooked through, crumbling into small pieces as it starts to brown. About halfway through cooking add taco seasoning and mix well to combine. 2. While meat cooks chop the veggies and drain and rinse beans and corn. 3. Añade el aliño en el fondo del tarro. 2. Pon los tomates sobre el aliño. 3. Añade el arroz sobre los tomates. 4. Coloca el pollo sobre el arroz. 5. Seguidamente añade las lascas de queso. 6. Agrega la lechuga. 7. Por último pon unos tostones integrales encima. 8. ive seen this idea all over tik tok and i thought i would give it a try🕺🏻 full recipe is below!!👇⬇️ Salad Jars (w/ homemade honey mustard dressing) 🥗🫙🥒🥕 Ingredients (per jar) Salad Base: - 2 cups finely chopped kale - 1/3 cup chopped cucumber - 1/3 cup carrot ribbons - 1 tbsp finely chopped green onions - 2 tbsp reduced-fat feta cheese Dressing: - 1 tsp minced garlic - 2 tsp olive oil - 2 tsp red wine vinegar - 2 tsp mustard - 2 tsp honey - Salt and pepper to taste Roasted Sunflower Seeds (for 5 jars): - 1/3 cup unsalted sunflower seeds - Paprika, garlic powder, onion powder - Spray olive oil Instructions: 1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F and spray the inside with olive oil. 2. In a bowl, toss sunflower seeds with a light spray of olive oil and desired seasonings until well combined. 3. Air fry the seasoned sunflower seeds for 6-8 minutes or until desired texture/color is reached. 4. While the seeds are roasting, in a 32 oz mason jar, pour in dressing ingredients and whisk until well combined. 5. Layer cucumber, kale, carrots, green onions, and feta cheese in the jar in that order. Repeat for each jar. 6. Once the sunflower seeds are done, let them cool before adding 2 tsp to each jar. 7. Store jars in the fridge for up to 4-5 days. 8. When ready to eat, shake the jar well until the salad is coated in dressing. 9. Rotisserie chicken pasta salad!! Recipe makes 4 salad jars, I only have 3 pictures here! Ingredients 1 rotisserie chicken, skin removed, I used the white meat only but you can use the brown as well. 1 box of protein pasta 1 European cucumber, diced 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 2 cups romaine lettuce Dressing: 2/3 cup nonfat Greek yogurt 2 tbsp ranch seasoning (I just used a ranch dip packet) Unsweetened almond milk to thin Instructions: 1. Prepare pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse and set aside to cool. 2. While pasta cooks, remove skin from rotisserie chicken and remove meat from the bone, diced into bite sized pieces. 3. Chop your veggies and side aside. In a small bowl whisk together dressing ingredients, adding almond milk slowly until you reach a smooth consistency, I like mine a little on the thick side. 4. Evenly distribute amongst 4 jars, starting with dressing then layering with cucumber, tomato, chicken, pasta, and romaine. 5. BIG MAC SALAD JARS Ingredients: 1 lb lean ground meat, I used chicken but you can use beef or turkey! 1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped 1/2 cup diced white onion 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 1/2 cup dill pickle slices 1/2 cup fat free shredded cheddar cheese 1 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp chili powder 1 tsp salt Big Mac sauce 1/2 cup fat free plain Greek yogurt 3 tbsp sugar free ketchup 1 tbsp mustard 3 tbsp dill relish 1 tbsp white vinegar 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp paprika 1 tsp salt Instructions 1. Place a pan over medium heat and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Add ground meat and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, chili powder, and salt. Cook until fully cooked through, crumbling the meat as you go. 2. While meat cooks chop your veggies and whisk together all Big Mac sauce ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Set aside. 3. Grab 3-4 glas jars (I used 3 32 oz glass jars, but if you have smaller jars you can make 4), layer Big Mac sauce, meat, onion, tomatoes, pickles, cheese, and lastly, lettuce. Dice all your veggies and add to a large bowl along with beans, corns, and feta. 2. Whisk together dressing ingredients (adding more water 1 tbsp at a time to thin if needed). No more soggy salads 🤝 𝘿𝙚𝙩𝙖𝙞𝙡𝙨: (I made 3 servings) - 1/2 - 1 tbsp olive oil - 1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar - 1/2 tbsp lemon juice (about 1/4 lemon) - 1 tsp honey - 1/4 tsp garlic powder - Salt & pepper - 1/4 cup quinoa (dry) - 1 /4 cup cherry tomatoes - 1/4 cup cucumber - 2 tbsp feta cheese - Small handful of spinach - 2 tbsp chickpeas - Protein of choice 𝘿𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨: 1. In each jar mix together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper 2. Add layers of ingredients into the salad jars as follows: quinoa, chickpeas, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, protein of choice, feta, and spinach 3. Refrigerate for up to 4 days. TACO SALAD JARS!! Ingredients (makes 4 servings only 3 included here) 16 oz 98% lean ground chicken or turkey 1 taco seasoning packet 1 cup salsa 1 can corn, drained and rinsed 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed 1/2 a red onion, diced 2 orange bell peppers, diced 4 cups chopped romaine 1 cup fat free cheddar cheese Instructions 1. Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat and spray with olive oil cooking spray. Add ground meat and cook until completely cooked through, crumbling into small pieces as it starts to brown. About halfway through cooking add taco seasoning and mix well to combine. 2. While meat cooks chop the veggies and drain and rinse beans and corn. 3. To 4 glass jars evenly distribute salsa, meat, corn, beans, onion, bell pepper, romaine, and cheese. 4. Store in the fridge for up to 4 days #saladjar #tacosalad #saladrecipe

WFH never stopped my obsession with meal prep & it never will… I still feel like I never have time to make a good lunch unless it’s prepped so I LOVE salads like this!! 🍓🥬🫶 here’s all you need to make it — these servings will make you 2 big jars (i use 32oz jars) and you can keep them in the fridge for 2-3 days! salad ingredients: • 4 packed cups of arugula or other greens • 1 cup chopped strawberries • 1 cup chickpeas (i like to bake them first in some oil, salt, pepper, & garlic powder in the oven, but uncooked works too) • 1/2 cup goat cheese • 2/3 cup fresh basil leaves vinaigrette: • 1/3 cup olive oil • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar • juice of 1/2 lemon • 1/2 tsp salt • 1/4 tsp black pepper • 1/4 tsp garlic powder just evenly disperse between 2 jars (or multiple by how many you’re making) & enjoy!!! 💕 #wfhlunch #workingfromhome #easylunch #easylunchideas #mealprep #mealprepping #mealprepideas #saladrecipe #saladjar #strawberrysalad #vegetarianrecipes #glutenfreerecipes

Añade el aliño en el fondo del tarro. 2. Pon los tomates sobre el aliño. 3. Añade el arroz sobre los tomates. 4. Coloca el pollo sobre el arroz. 5. Seguidamente añade las lascas de queso. 6. Agrega la lechuga. 7. Por último pon unos tostones integrales encima. 8. ive seen this idea all over tik tok and i thought i would give it a try🕺🏻 full recipe is below!!👇⬇️ Salad Jars (w/ homemade honey mustard dressing) 🥗🫙🥒🥕 Ingredients (per jar) Salad Base: - 2 cups finely chopped kale - 1/3 cup chopped cucumber - 1/3 cup carrot ribbons - 1 tbsp finely chopped green onions - 2 tbsp reduced-fat feta cheese Dressing: - 1 tsp minced garlic - 2 tsp olive oil - 2 tsp red wine vinegar - 2 tsp mustard - 2 tsp honey - Salt and pepper to taste Roasted Sunflower Seeds (for 5 jars): - 1/3 cup unsalted sunflower seeds - Paprika, garlic powder, onion powder - Spray olive oil Instructions: 1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F and spray the inside with olive oil. 2. In a bowl, toss sunflower seeds with a light spray of olive oil and desired seasonings until well combined. 3. Air fry the seasoned sunflower seeds for 6-8 minutes or until desired texture/color is reached. 4. While the seeds are roasting, in a 32 oz mason jar, pour in dressing ingredients and whisk until well combined. 5. Layer cucumber, kale, carrots, green onions, and feta cheese in the jar in that order. Repeat for each jar. 6. Once the sunflower seeds are done, let them cool before adding 2 tsp to each jar. 7. Store jars in the fridge for up to 4-5 days. 8. When ready to eat, shake the jar well until the salad is coated in dressing. 9.
