First few weeks were the hardest! I had to condition myself because I was introduced to a new lifestyle. Progress is not easy but is very doable, Iβm glad that bodybyals pushed me to become better!β Changes in how clothes fit βOn my second month, I noticed that my tummy doesnβt show anymore when my body is relaxed. Looking back, I would always consciously inhale to hide my belly budge. I avoided wearing small shirts because people would see how Iβm very thin yet have a visible skinny fat β it made me insecure. Iβm grateful now seeing how my clothes fit perfectly, it made me more confident.β Impact of Nutrition Guide and Workouts βThe nutrition guide made me learn a lot about my own body. In hindsight, I have been doing many things wrong. I thought I could just consume whatever I wanted as long as I worked out β but no. Now I even mastered the art of suppressing cravings and finding food alternatives for my diet. Coach once said, it shouldnβt feel like torture and dapat living your life parin but in a fun and healthier way.
