00:49Easter Weekend Baby Back Ribs with Traeger/Louisville Slugger Maple Pellets. Baseball is Back, Family is Together, Easter Weekend. Grateful to say the least. -3 Slabs Baby Back Ribs -Remove membrane and season as you wish, I used Meat Mitch All Purpose Rub. Let the seasoning sweat into the ribs for 15-20 minutes -Traeger Timberline XL 225 degrees Super Smoke, Ribs on for 3 hours -After 3 hours wrap in foil for about an hour -Sauce if you wish and finish at 275 for 30 minutes -Ribs are done….cut em and enjoy quickly….they are already gone as I post this -Happy Easter #ribs #traeger #bbq #easter #fyp #3piecesofpecan

Recipe -2lbs Ripe Tomatoes off the Vine -Head of Garlic -Olive Oil 3-4 T -S&P to Taste -16 oz Pasta of Choice -Pasta Water -Red Chile Flakes to taste -1 C Ricotta Cheese -Fresh Basil 4-5 leaves -Fresh Grated Parmesan **Set oven at 400 degrees on Roast. **Half Tomatoes, cut top off Garlic, drizzle with Olive Oil, Salt and Pepper **Oven for 20 minutes, cover with foil for another 10-20 minutes **Cook Pasta when you take out tomatoes **Add tomatoes, garlic to blender and add Ricotta, Basil, Red Pepper Flakes….blend. Recipe below -6 Roma Tomatoes -6 Tomatillos -3 Jalapeños -2 Serranos -2 Habaneros -2 Cloves Garlic -1/2 White Onion -5 Chile de Arbol -Olive Oil -Big pinch Salt to taste -Chicken Bouillon to taste -Juice of 2 Limes -1/3 Bunch of Cilantro **Traeger Flatrock Med High heat, hit with oil.
