one of the hardest realities i’ve come to accept throughout my fitness journey. i’m gonna be so real it’s hard to not be angry like “why do i have to do a, b, and c. to look like this & this person barely has to do etc, etc” but, we DONT have a live camera watching 24 hours a day of someone else’s life and everyone is gna have DIFFERENT struggles. no one’s is worse, it’s a struggle for a reason and if we were in their body, we would probably understand that struggle too. i think they key fr is just to stop comparing and legit just focus on finding out what “the secret” is FOR YOUR BODY (what it likes, what it doesn’t, etc )… anyways ill probably get hate for this somehow but honestly just being vulnerable about me & my thoughts/experiences with fitness n weightloss so if someone is struggling or can relate in some way knows they’re not alone. #fyp #fitness #weightloss #fatloss #gymgirl #healthylifestyle #workoutroutine #whatieatinaday #bodydysphormia
