No-Knead Rosemary Garlic Bread 3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons salt 1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast 1 1/2 cups warm water (110°F) 1 sprig fresh rosemary, stemmed and chopped 3-4 garlic cloves, minced Olive oil Fresh sprig of rosemary for garnish, optional Instructions In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and yeast. Mix well. Add warm water and mix with a spatula just until a dough forms. Add the chopped rosemary and garlic to the dough. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rise overnight at room temperature for 12 to 18 hours. Put a STAUB Dutch oven in your oven and preheat to 450°F with the STAUB inside for 20 minutes.
