When in doubt.. make a massive bowl of pasta salad. Ingredients 1 box of protein pasta 1 cucumber 1 orange bell pepper 1 red bell pepper 1/2 a red onion 1 can chickpeas 1 can corn 1/2 cup low fat feta cheese 1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt 1/3 cup buffalo wing sauce 2 tbsp lemon juice Ranch seasoning to taste 1 tsp garlic powder Salt and pepper Instructions: 1. Cook pasta according to package instructions and set aside to cool. 2. While pasta cooks chop all your veggies then add them to a large bowl. 3. Then add cooled pasta, beans, corn, cheese, yogurt, buffalo sauce, lemon juice, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and salt and pepper. Toss together until well combined.
