Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line with parchment paper. 2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes. 3. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla bean paste, sour cream, and pumpkin puree, mixing until smooth. 4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, Ceylon cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. 5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined. Be careful not to overmix. 6.
