This dish is a perfect blend of sweet, savoury, and spicy that'll have your taste buds dancing with joy! *To make this dish Vegetarian or Vegan, you can replace the beef for example Tofu or Cauliflower. • Cooking time: 10-15 min • Prep time: 10 min • Serving: 2 persons • Difficulty: Easy 2/5 • Calories: 1,228 Ingredients: • 200g Stir Fry Beef Slices • 1 Red Pepper • 1 Green Pepper • 30g Baby Sweetcorn • 200g Basmati Rice • 400ml Water • 50ml 2saucy Korean Pepper - All Purpose Sauce • Olive Oil • Salt Cooking instructions: • Cook the Rice: In a medium pan, add the basmati rice along with 200ml of water and a bit of salt. Leave it on medium heat with the lid on until it starts to boil. Once boiling, remove the lid and let the rice simmer on medium-low heat until all the water has evaporated, about 15-20 minutes. Remove from heat and let it sit covered for 5 minutes before fluffing with a fork. • Prepare the Vegetables: Slice the red and green peppers into julienne strips. Cut the baby sweetcorn into bite-sized pieces. Set aside. • Cook the Beef: Heat a medium pan with olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the stir fry beef slices with salt and pepper. Add the beef to the pan and cook until browned and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes. • Sauté the Vegetables: Add the sliced red and green peppers and baby sweetcorn to the pan with the beef. Continue stirring for another 4-5 minutes until the vegetables start to caramelise and soften. • Add the Sauce: Pour the 2Saucy Korean Pepper - All Purpose Sauce into the pan with the beef and vegetables. Stir everything together to coat evenly. Let it cook for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce is heated through. • Serve: Divide the cooked rice between plates. Top with the beef and vegetable stir fry. Drizzle any remaining sauce from the pan over the dish. Serve immediately.
