When I prioritize myself in the morning, I’m able to give to the world way more When I don’t do these things… my morning and my whole day are out of whack My non negotiables- 1. No phone first 30-60 min (MOST IMPORTANT), your brain is and it’s most vulnerable state in the morning don’t fill it full of external stimulus 2. Organic cotton underwear- no hormone disrupting polyester here. I sleep naked in organic cotton sheets so I need to put on the healthiest fabric for my hormones and fertility 3. Stretch- the more time I’m on this earth, the more I realize that, stretching is imperative for feeling mobile and limber. 4. Sun on skin- even if it’s cloudy do this for five minutes, this sets your circadian rhythm for the day. Easy biohack 5. Water w/ salt- our body is flushing neurotoxins through the night and needs water to finish this process. I add salt to remineralize the reverse osmosis water. 6. Affirmations or gratitude practice- the morning is the best time for neural programming. The more you practice, gratitude, or affirmations, the more you will receive. 7. @organicjaguar super skin serum- tightens my face and is essentially an anti-aging hack. Other things I do- Guasha- helps break up the face tissue for a softer looking face No coffee till 1-2 hours after waking- coffee increases cortisol (stress hormone), and your cortisol is at the highest when you first wake up, so I don’t want to double down on stress Walk- get the blood flowing, I’m usually shirtless, getting full body sun.
