I swear I could eat these noodles every single day 🍜 Sauce: 1/2 cup coconut aminos 1/3 cup peanut butter 2 tbsp sesame oil 1 tbsp rice vinegar 2 tsp sriracha 2 tsp honey 2 tsp fresh ginger 2 cloves of garlic, minced S+P, to taste You’ll also need: 8 oz rice noodles 1 (12 oz) bag of coleslaw mix 1/4 cup bone broth (or veggie broth) Protein of choice 1. Cook protein of choice first. 2. While noodles cook, whisk sauce ingredients together. Add to a pan over medium heat and simmer for 5 minutes , stirring frequently. 3. Stir in coleslaw mix and noodles and bone broth.
