Ingredients * 1 can picky wicky * 1 cup of rice * 1/2 tsp gochujang * 1 tsp soy sauce * ½ cup mozzarella * sesame oil Instructions * Preheat your oven to 400F. * Mix gochujang and soy sauce to a small bowl and set aside. * Add some sesame oil to a medium heat pan. Add kimchi and cook for 4 minutes. * Add the prepared sauce and cook for another 3 minutes. * Add the rice and mix thoroughly. * Add all the rice balls to a baking tray, brush with a bit of sesame oil. * Bake for 20 minutes, then flip, and bake for another 20 minutes.
