Let me know what soup yall wanna see next 🫶 Meatballs (4-5 servings) -1/4 yellow onion finely diced -1/4 cup breadcrumbs -1 egg -1 tablespoon heavy cream or milk -2 teaspoons of worcestershire sauce -2 tablespoons of tomato paste -fresh parsley (optional) -1/2 pound of ground beef -1/2 pound of italian sausage -salt -pepper -garlic powder -ground sage Soup (2-3 servings) -1/4 yellow onion diced -1 medium carrot diced -2 small stalks of celery diced -2 cloves of garlic -salt -pepper -fresh thyme, diced -ground white pepper -2 cups of chicken broth -2 cups of beef broth -1/2 cup acini de pepe or ditalini pasta -meatballs -1/2 cup spinach 1. Dice your carrots, onion, celery, garlic, and thyme. Add olive oil and butter to a pot. Add your veggies and cook until soft. Add the garlic, thyme, salt, black pepper, and white pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes. 2. Add your chicken broth and beef broth to the pot. Bring to a boil and add in your noodles. Cook according to the package. 3. Once the noodles are almost cooked, add your meatballs and spinach. 4. Serve with freshly grated parmesan cheese and parsley.
