Preheat oven to 350ยฐF. 2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas and add wet ingredients. Mix until well combined. 3. Add dry ingredients and mix until well combined. 4. Grease a muffin pan with spray oil. Scoop mixture into pan. 5. Top with the toppings of your choice. 6. Bake for 30-34 minutes or until light golden brown. 7.
