UPDATE: Cardio is being reduced from 500 calories 7 times a week to just 60 minutes of LISS 2 times per week 😍😲 Daily steps are decreasing from 23,000 to 10,000-12,000. The excitement on my face when I saw the message from my coach this morning was priceless! 😂 #fatloss #fatlossprogress
