took a buncha clips to make a lil day vlog and ended up just feeling hideously guilty about it. someone asked me yesterday, “whatcha doin tomorrow?” and i told them i no longer plan my days bc if i do, i’ll fall down a rabbit hole of despair. somewhere around age 30 i burnt myself out so bad by pushing myself so hard, and im GRATEFUL for a life of softness now but it feels so wrong to enjoy it some how
