Ingredients * 0.5 can of Picky Wicky * 0.5 tbsp soy sauce * 0.5 tbsp gochujang * 0.5 tbsp sugar * 1 pack of frozen udon noodles * 2 tbsp water * 1 egg * Garnish: sliced green onion Instructions * Add soy sauce, gochujang, and sugar to a bowl and mix thoroughly. Set aside. * Cook udon noodles according to package instructions. * Oil up a pan on medium heat, then add half can of Picky Wicky and stir fry for 1 minute. * Add the udon noodles, sauce, kimchi juice, and 2 tbsp of water to the pan. * Stir fry for 1 minute until everything is mixed thoroughly. * In a separate pan, cook the egg for 2 to 2 and half minutes. * Transfer udon noodles to a serving plate, then top with sunny side up egg and green onions.
