The first 10km was fine, but it got hotter and hotter later in the race which affected my pace and rhythm. đ„”Itâs important to stay hydrated when the heat rises up so you can keep going and finish strong! đ„ Loaded up my soft flask with @Gatorade Philippines no sugar to help me all throughout the run. Then chugged another cold bottle after the race which was wayyy better than water and didnât need to worry about the sugar content too! #GetFitWithGatoradeNoSugar
