Simple One Pan Chicken, Broccoli, & Cheddar Orzo ✨ This is a great meal for those of you who just want to dump things into a baking dish and bake it for 30 minutes! Perfect for lunches or dinners! Recipe: Ingredients- 1 tbsp olive oil 1 chicken breast (cubed) 1/2 - 2/3 cup frozen broccoli 1/4 cup orzo 2/3 cup broth Pinch of garlic powder Pinch of dried thyme Pinch of salt & pepper 1/4 cup cheddar cheese Directions- 1. Preheat the oven to 350F. 2. To a small baking dish, add all the ingredients listed above. Mix, cover with tin foil or parchment paper, & bake for 30 minutes or until creamy & the orzo & chicken are fully cooked. If you like it thicker, then let the dish bake uncovered for 5 minutes or until liking. If you like it thinner, add more broth & mix in. 3. One Pan Single Serve Baked Mac & Cheese✨ You only need one small baking dish for this recipe (& a pot to boil the pasta in)! This recipe is a minimal effort & single serve version of all the amazing Mac & cheese recipes out there. Also if you don’t use pepper jack cheese in your Mac & cheese, you’re missing out! (Recipe below & follow @thehealthyhophead for more easy single serve recipes!) Recipe: Ingredients- 1 tbsp butter 1/2 tsp all purpose flour 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/4 cup shredded pepper jack cheese 1 tbsp Parmesan 3 tbsp heavy cream Onion powder to liking Salt/pepper to liking 3 tbsp pasta water 2/3 cup cooked macaroni More cheese to liking for topping Directions- 1. Preheat the oven to 400F. 2. Add the butter & flour to a small baking dish (I used a staub 5.5 by 4.5) & bake for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until there is a light brown rouge. While the rouge is cooking, assemble the macaroni to box directions. 3. Take out, add the shredded cheddar, pepper jack, Parmesan, cream, & pasta water. Then season with onion powder, salt, & pepper. Mix & bake for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until the cheese has melted & all ingredients are well combined. 4. Take out, add the macaroni & mix in. Then top with more cheese to liking. 5. Single Serve Dumpling Soup made in the rice cooker ✨ I know my rice cooker is sick of me now but this recipe is perfectly balanced & great for a quick lunch or dinner! Glazed Chili Honey Garlic Air Fried Salmon Bites✨ This recipe is an old favorite of mine from undergrad & it's SO GOOOOD & so easy to make! Makes the perfect protein to any dish! (Recipe below) Recipe: Ingredients- 1 salmon fillet (cubed) 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp paprika Glaze- 3 tbsp honey 1 tbsp chili oil 1 tbsp minced garlic Directions- 1. Cube the salmon & season with garlic powder, onion powder, & paprika. Line an air frier tray with tin foil (for no clean up) & place the salmon bites in the tray. 2. In a small bowl, add the honey, chili oil, & garlic & mix until well combined. 3. Drizzle half the glaze over the salmon bites & air fry at 385F for 8 minutes or until the internal temp reaches 145F. 4. Take out & add the second half of the glaze over the salmon bites & enjoy! #food #foodtiktok

I posted this recipe before & called it Frutas Con Crema but some of you told me this is more like a Biónico! It's absolutely delicious and refreshing! (Recipe below!) Recipe: Ingredients- 1/2 cup diced mango 1/2 cup diced strawberries 1/2 cup blueberries 1/2 can sweetened condensed milk 1/2 small can of evaporated milk 1/4 cup cream cheese 1/2 tsp vanilla Directions- 1.
