Tip:make sure that steak is at room temp and not cold. I used a 4 lbs porterhouse steak. -insert meat prob in there to track cook I set mine at 135 degrees internal (took about 1 hour and 20 minutes cooking time) - rotate meat every 20 minutes and turn for even cooking once it hits 195 degrees internal temp. -get your chimichurri sauce ready (1 cup parsley 4 garlic cloves (a just more or less for your liking) 1 tsp oregano 2 tbsp red wi vinegar 1/2 cup olive oil 1 tsp chili flakes (if you like a little kick) Salt and pepper to taste -once meat is cooked to your liking remove let it rest for 20 minutes before slicing and enjoy, #steak #asmrfood #steaktiktok
