My body has changed a lot at 37 weeks preg. I've lost a quite a bit of muscle, my shoulders are non existent by this point π because of being so inconsistent with training due to being so busy with work and traveling, and obviously l've put on some body fat that hides my muscle definition (this doesn't bother me btw!).But I just want to show you ladies incase you're feeling down or disheartened that you've gained some weight, or you haven't been able to train as consistently as you usually do, because same same! We are growing a special little human and we can only do the best we can and this is only temporary π remember that weight gain isn't permanent and we have something called muscle memory! So as soon as we get back training consistently again after pregnancy, our bodies will inevitably change. We've got this and YOU'RE DOING GREAT!! ππ«ΆπΌ #37weekspregnant
