Training in the AM is definitely the key to being able to get my workout in when I'm feeling energized! I'm not trying to get any sort of results atm, but as you can see I do the same training every week. If you want results you need to have the discipline to do the same workouts over and over and be consistent with it at the same time! π«ΆπΌπͺπΌ #36weekspregnant
