Here are the things i do/meds i take to get better faster: • drink 2-3L of water a day • gua sha (w hands) to get rid of stagnant fluid in the face region • steam shower to open sinuses • medications that have helped me are: dayquil/nyquil, Zicam, cepacol (for sore throat), Sudafed (congestion), emergen-C • take your vitamins!! Especially vitamin C, D, and Zinc • eat 3-6 raw garlic cloves (chop and swallow w water like pills) • MAKE SURE YOU EAT!!
