White Choc & Raspberry Overnight Weet-Bix™ Ok stop what you're doing right now because you have to save and try this delicious high protein overnight Weet-Bix™ 🥰 I’ve made this one GF using @weetbixau NEW Gluten Free Berry Crunch flavour. This one is also high in folate and is a source of fibre and magnesium. Enjoy 🥰 AD Ingredients : 2 Weet-Bix™ Gluten Free Berry Flavour Crunch biscuits (NEW) 1⁄3 cup light milk 1 tsp of maple syrup or choice of natural sweetener 1⁄4 cup of raspberries 2 tbs of vegan & gf protein powder 150g high protein low sugar yoghurt (like vanilla yop pro) 10g gf white chocolate Method: 1. Crush Weet-Bix™ in a bowl, add your sweetener and milk. Mix together then smooth over the surface. 2. Crush down your fresh raspberries and layer them onto the Weet-Bix™ base. 3. In a separate bowl, mix together 125g of the yoghurt with your protein powder until smooth. Spread over the the raspberry layer. 4. Melt white choc in a microwave safe bowl for 20-30 sec intervals so it doesn’t burn. Mix in the remaining 25g of yoghurt until smooth. 5. Spread over the cream layer and place in the fridge for a few hours or overnight. Optional to decorate with extra raspberries, Enjoy 🥰#HowDoYouDoYours #WeetBix
