One of my favorite high fiber, high protein breakfasts I had on my weight loss journey! Ingredients: 20g of @1upnutrition vanilla ice cream protein (code EMMAGETSFIT for a discount) 45g of honey protein granola 1 yogurt cup of light & fit danon 1 tbsp of PBfit peanut butter 1 tbsp of honey 1/2 cup mixed berries Mix it all together & enjoy!

Stop giving slipups more power than your own brain! We need to stop over eating right in its tracks. When you slip up, when you go over your calories, when you mindlessly eat a bag of chips, when you over eat at dinner with friends, stop the negative thoughts and temptations right there. Just because you had a slip up, doesn’t give you an excuse to throw the whole plan out the window. A cookie is just a cookie, a donut is just a donut. Be compassionate with yourself, we can’t be perfect. We are human. We need to make a plan and move on right away, using the next opportunity to make it right! The plan isn’t, “add more cardio, eat less the next few days…” just get back on plan, not doing anything drastic!
