Switched up the routine since I’m working with a coach and i’m now doing a 5 day split instead of upper/lower 4 times a week & 3 runs per week. With a big focus on building muscle and gaining strength atm i’ve found that i’m a lot more fatigued throughout the week so have adapted my runs doing zone 2 work on a daily basis. Running volume is higher since it’s the type of cardio that I love most but tbh i’m loving the balance of training atm 💪🏼 #fitness #motivation @VQ FIT
