What I eat in a day (to cut fat but maintain weight) >> (more info below) My old meal plan just wasn’t it and this what an average rest day currently looks like. Can tell, swapping from a 6k diet to now eating more clean & healthy increased energy, quality of sleep & discipline. Breakdown: 2. I have oats basically every day atm (oats, peanut butter, whey..) looks like sh*t but tastes great, promise. 3. Rest day calories are a bit lower than my training days so a wrap it is! 4. Quick and easy, prepared in ESN low calorie baking spray. Also has some leftover BBQ chicken from this weekend. 5. Hear me out.. Rice pudding & whey drip.. 🫣 6. Back to the basics & some BBQ salmon. 7. Sunset yoghurt +5 gains. #fitness #motivation
