Lemon, butter cod, rice & veggies IN ONE-PAN 🔥 1. Mix olive oil, butter & lemon juice in a bowl 2. Mix flour, paprika, pepper, salt, coriander, cumin 3. Pat your fish dry and add to the lemon mixture then once coated, add to the flour and completely cover 4. Now add them to the pan and get some colour on either side, remove them and let rest 5. Now add whatever veggies you fancy with some more salt and pepper, add your rice and toast it off 6. Now add water or veggie stock, garlic & your fish back with the rest of your lemon mix.. then lid on and oven for about 5-10 mins to cook the rice 7. Top with parsley, lemon juice, pepper, olive oil and ENJOY 🔥🔥 #onepanmeal #familydinner #fishdinner
