Day 63 of culinary school! 👩🏽🍳 - it’s been a little while since I posted one of these blogs but I just realized my Easter holiday is almost finished and I still haven’t finished posting all of last terms Vlogs! So, here is day 63 where we made a Paris-Brest and it was actually so fun! If you go back to my last vlog a few post down, you’ll see all of the preparation we did for this since it is a pretty advanced form of patisserie. it’s basically choux pastry in a big ring and then inside it’s filled with hazelnut creme mousseline, hazelnut praline and icing sugar. It was pretty fulfilling seeing our progress from making profit to now making something like a Paris-brest!
