Why do I hate “What I eat in a days”?? Because what I eat in a day to reach MY goals has nothing to do with what YOU should be eating to reach yours. 🫶🏼 Unless you’re the exact same height, weight, activity level, workout routine, lifestyle, body composition—your needs will be totally different than mine. Another huge reason? Because majority of them are fake. And if not fake, they’re planned. Perfectly curated, balanced meals, maybe with a little fun sprinkled in so they seem relatable. I’m not saying they’re intentionally deceptive or malicious, but a lot of influencers really just want to be a “good example”. They want to give you good, wholesome ideas. Which is great, but oftentimes not super realistic for a huge portion of people. But here is just a peek at what i ate on THIS day.
