Replying to @Username01234 how much protein should you eat to build muscle? I think you’re confused by the 1 g of protein for every 10 calories rule as what makes something a good source of protein, not based off your total caloric intake… so an example of this would be a protein bar that has 20 g of protein for 200 calories. We don’t actually need nearly as much protein as most people like to say. 0.8 g of protein per pound of bodyweight is plenty to build muscle for most people, as long as that amount is coming from a quality protein source and not filled with a comprised of a bunch of trace protein. #fitness #workout #gym #protein #fatloss #weightloss
