Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. You can either skewer your chicken Shawarma with an oven safe skewer, or lay your chicken thighs flat and bake for 25 minutes flipping halfway. 3. Add the naan for the last 3 minutes of the bake time. 4. While the chicken and the naan cooks, slice your potatoโs into 1/2 inch thick fries. Spray with cooking oil, sprinkle on 1-2 tsp salt, and air fry at 350 for 15 minutes shaking the basket every 5 minutes. Air fry at 400 for 4 minutes at the end to get them extra crispy. For spicy fries see next step. 5. Spicy fries: 2 tsp paprika, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp cayenne. 6. Assemble your wraps by spreading an even layer of garlic spread over the naan, a scoop of sliced chicken shawarma, tomatoes, and crispy French fries.
