Straight Arm Pulldowns: Know The Difference ⚠️ . Here are my two favourite variations I like doing when performing Straight Arm Pulldowns. ⚠️ Note: FYI I have coloured the area that is being most emphasized so that you are aware. The first variation is performing a Wide Grip Variation, this will emphasize your Mid-Back Musculature just shown like in this video.
