With less than 350cals and over 40g of protein, you’ll want it in your next meal plan 💪🏻 Korean Beef Cauliflower Rice Bowl: In a hot pan or wok add 1-2 tbs of minced garlic and 1/4 cup of soy sauce (add more if needed). Add 1.5lbs of 96/4 lean ground beef and cook to completion. In that same bowl add another 1/4 cup of soy sauce and then add 2 bags of cauliflower rice medley. Now add 5oz of egg beaters. Cook thoroughly. For the sauce add about 5tbs, 1-2tbs of siracha and 1/2tbs of garlic and onion powder each. For my recipe I used about 5oz of cooked beef, approx 1 cup of cauliflower rice and 1-2tbs of sauce. Enjoy! #macros #lowcarb #meatheadkitchen
