your next glute workout 🥵🍑 this session was TOO DANG GOOD 1. KAS glute bridges straight into •full ROM hip thrusts until failure 2. trap bar RDLs 3. DB reverse lunges straight into •stationary lunges 4. lying ham curls technically only 4 exercises but I try to get the most out of them and add in a superset or dropset! When I feel like I’m out of reps for KAS bridges, I go straight into full ROM hip thrusts for as many as I can! same thing with the reverse lunges straight to stationary. It’s a good way to get yourself to train until failure!
