T’S MAKE SOME SMASH BURGER TACOS 🌮🍔✨ Hoping to get back to posting consistenly on here 🫶 this is a super easy meal to make and they literally slap every single timeeeee. If you’re getting sick of your weekly go-to meals, give this one a try! -season ground beef (90/10) with Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, & some parm cheese and mix -divide into sections (did about 3-4 oz for each), roll into balls, and press into skillet (I don’t have anything specific for these so I just use another cooking pan lol spray it w cooking spray so it doesn’t stick!) -a lot of people cook them directly on the tortilla but the first time I tried they came out super soggy so I cook the burgers then remove them and add the tortilla. I cook one side, flip, and then add the burger back with the cheese whole the other side cooks!
