One of the best parts about trail running is being in nature 🌲🧘♀️. It gets tempting to look around as you run OR stare down at the ground to watch your footing. Both of these things can cause you to trip and fall. If you’re interested in something you’re seeing, just stop and walk for a moment or slow down. Use the time to hydrate and fuel. Most importantly, keep your eyes looking four steps ahead. You’ll find over time this gets way easier and you’ll experience less trips and falls!
