Easy peas-y lemon butter and tahini fried greens pasta salad! A perfect 20 minute meal for spring evenings Recipe Add a large chunk of butter to a pan and gently melt, add diced garlic if you like garlic or omit if not, add a bunch of chopped asparagus and 1 cup of peas. Add the zest from 1/2 a lemon and a generous pinch of sea salt. Fry until slightly charred and then remove from the heat. Boil your pasta according to instructions. When you drain, hold onto 1/2 cup of pasta water. Add the pasta, pasta water, 4 tbsp tahini (I like using @belazu_co) and the juice from 1/2 a lemon. Mix well then chuck in a large handful of rocket.
