Are you one of those people who thinks protein powder is bad for you? Of course if you get some cheap brand with mercury in it (jokes... partially) it's bad for you But those cheap protein powders don't fall in the same category as a high quality whey isolate Here are the good, bad, and ugly of whey And if whey doesn't work for you or you are allergic there is a good plant based protein from a company called garden of life #proteinpowder #nutrition #protein #education #muslim #halal #fitness #weightloss

3 Easy Good Deeds to Change Your Life on Laylatul Qadr If I was incorrect in my understanding please correct me with good akhlaq in the comments and lets have some friendly discussion The Prophet ﷺ said "The one who guides to something good will have a reward similar to that of the one who does it, without reducing from his reward at all." - Sahih Muslim, 2674 Do not miss the opportunity Allah gave us to give it all these last 10 nights of Ramadan.

The end of Ramadan comes with many tests Fatigue Loss of momentum with business/work, fitness, or even family time A desire to make the most of these last precious moments Whichever of the above tests Allah has blessed you with... Yes The tests are a blessing They remind us how desperate and powerless we are And how reliant we are upon Allah Only through His will and blessing can we ever be successful and overcome our challenges and obstacles So make lots of deep duas and prayers Improve your character and actions Ask yourself better questions Seek to please Allah Ask Him for help both in this life and the next Do more good deeds and avoid sins + ask for forgiveness to help increase your Imaaan and ask Allah for more blessings in your life May He forgive us all for our sins and shortcomings, help us fix them, and bless us with goodness in this life and the next and protect us from hell, ameen.

Are you sure that your dua is genuinely something that is good for you right now? We might think so in our limited human perspective but Allah has full knowledge of the future and of the unseen And He truly knows whether something is good/right for us Or if the timing should differ Or whether that thing is not good for us at all So just like when kids get unreasonably mad when you say no to something that you as an adult know is not good for them... Don't act like an immature child if Allah has not answered your dua... Reminder for myself first Patience and trust are key May Allah make us amongst those who have tawwakul, sabr, and never give up on our duas and efforts, while also trusting His decree and timing, ameen.
