Steak & Avocado Salad Bowl🥗🥩 It doesn’t get any more “high protein, low carb” than this!💪🏻 INGREDIENTS ⬇️ 1.5 lb Sirloin steak (or your favorite cut) 2 Avocados 1 Large cucumber 4 Green onions 2 Jalapeno peppers 1 Lemon, large 8 cups Romaine lettuce 1/4 cup Olive oil, extra virgin 2 tbsp Parsley 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Chili powder 2 tbsp salt & pepper DIRECTIONS ⬇️ ✔️Season your steak with salt, pepper, garlic powder and chili powder and cook in olive oil on a cast iron skillet for 6 minutes each side, or until cooked to your preferred doneness!
