I’ve been on a huge Watercress kick lately because of its fresh, buttery flavoring and impressive nutrition profile! It’s a wonderful addition to so many recipes. Today I made a breakfast baguette with watercress and boy did it turn out amazing!! Please be sure to save this one- I don’t want you to miss out on the goodness I just experienced 🔥😆 Ingredients 1 8-inch baguette, sliced open ½ avocado Salt and pepper, to taste 2 oz olive oil 2 Tbsp everything seasoning 2 eggs 1 cup equal parts @B&WQualityGrowers Watercress and Arugula. 4 slices cooked maple-cured bacon Step by Step: Slice the baguette in half and coat with olive oil. Place face down on a skillet over medium heat to toast the bottom. Remove it from the heat and cook your eggs with the everything seasoning sunny side up. Remove from the heat and let cool. Next, place the baguette on a plate and spread the avocado over each side, then add in the arugula, watercress and cooked bacon slices.
