Start by roughly chopping up the chicken thighs into bite-size pieces. 2. Skewer the chicken thigh pieces onto wooden skewers. For stability, skewer each piece of chicken twice to prevent them from moving around while turning. 3. In a small container, mix together the cayenne pepper, salt, dry mustard powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and granulated garlic. 4. Pour the warm melted butter, olive oil, and honey into the seasoning mixture. Stir until well combined. 5.
