I love an easy One Pan dish and this one is a recipe you will make again & again š½ļø What you need: 1 Small Red Onion 3 Garlic Cloves 130g Chopped Chorizo 450g Chicken Breasts 1 Tbsp Paprika 1 Tsp Garlic Granules 1 Tsp Onion Salt 1 Tsp Smoked Paprika 1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper 250g Basmati or Long Grain Rice 1 Litre Chicken Stock 1 Cup Peas Grated Cheddar Grated Mozzarella Olive Oil S&P What to do: Heat 2tbsp olive oil in a pan and add the onion, cook for 3-5 mins over a low heat. Mix in garlic and cook for about 1 minute. Add chorizo and cook for another 2-3 mins Add chicken, season and mix in spices Cook for 2-3 mins on high heat, chicken doesnāt need to be cooked through as you donāt want it to dry out too much Add in rice and cook for 1-3 mins Pour in stock, add peas, stir, cover and cook until all liquid has evaporated, takes about 15/20 mins over low heat Top with cheese and cover and cook until cheese has melted Serve and enjoy #fyp #chicken #chickenrice #chorizo #highprotein #highproteinmeals
