Personal Pies 🍕 I fell in love with mushrooms on this keto lifestyle. Mushrooms are packed with vitamins and antioxidants. They come in different varieties and can be used in any recipe. Today I am using them to make a pizza! Portobello mushrooms is the perfect vegetable to use as a pizza base. These mushrooms are firm, meaty and do really well holding up all of your toppings that you decide to put on. I kept it classic and used sugar free pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese. I also added turkey pepperoni and onions but you have the option to skip the meat and keep these personal pies vegetarian. You can air fry these or put them in the oven.
