Cajun shrimp and sausage bowls! This is one of the best fully keto Cajun bowls that you can whip up right at home. It’s loaded with smoked sausage, spicy shrimp and cabbage. This bowl is simmered In flavor filled with an easy to make broth of Cajun spices and butter. This is a delicious and healthy take on your regular seafood boil and it’s perfect for meal prep. Try this at home and let me know what you think. Full description for this recipe is below 👇 - Brown your sausage in a pan, I’m using turkey kielbasa. Remove from pan when done. - In the same pan add your onions, garlic and a tablespoon of butter. -Season your shrimp with smoked paprika, salt, pepper, garlic and Old Bay seasoning. - In a separate pan add 1/2 cup of water and half a head of diced up cabbage. Wait till your water starts to boil and then add your veggies. I’m using zucchini but you can add kale or collard greens if you like. -Then add broccoli, cauliflower and also cauliflower rice to give this bowl more volume. I seasoned my veggies with a small amount of Cajun seasoning.
