My current training regimen is a hybrid mix of heavy lifting for power and agility. Runs and swims for endurance. No need for a racing bike just yet, building up the cardio and frequency. It’s a lot but I’m motivated and enjoying it. Already looking forward to buying one tho! 😩 ✌🏼 Due to privacy of others I’m not recording myself in a pool during public hours.
