balsamic chicken sandwich recipe Makes 1 Sandwich 486 calories | 34g P | 53g C | 15g For the Chicken Patties * 100g Ground Chicken (99% Lean) * Paprika * Onion Powder * Garlic Powder * Salt * Black Pepper * Garam Masala (optional) * 1/2 tbsp maple syrup For the Sandwich * 2 slides of bread (the good stuff) * 1 tbsp hummus * Balsamic Vinegar * 2 Mini Fresh Mozzarella Balls, thinly sliced * 1 Roasted Red Pepper (I get the jarred ones), thinly sliced * Handful of spring mix To Make It 1. In a bowl, add the ground chicken and a la little bit each seasoning. Add in the maple syrup, mix and shape into two thin patties. On a pan, cook on both side until cooked (around 2-3 minutes). 2. On the same pan, toast up your bread. Spread on some hummus and balsamic vinegar. 3. Add the chicken patties with the sliced up cheese, roasted red peppers and spring mix.
