I’m everything but a runner.. gotta stay consistent, progress will come over time. Never thought that I would enjoy it this much tho! Running 4 days per week, 3 easy sessions and 1 interval. Adding in swimming & cycling soon. Did 9K yesterday but noticed I started the wrong workout when I almost finished my warm-up.
