The first letter is from the future version of yourself that’s lost all the weight because YOU put in the work! How does she feel? What does she want you to know? Is she proud of you? Write it all down! The second letter is from the future version of yourself that didn’t lose weight because YOU didn’t put in the work… How does she feel? What does she want you to know? What does she wish you did differently? Is she proud of you? Write it all down and when you’re done, start reading the first letter and then the second letter. And whenever you feel unmotivated, go back and read the letters again!
