Yes, you can eat fast food and still lose weight! I’ve lost more than 40kg without restricting myself and making room for ALL my favorite foods and here’s how I did it ⬇️ 1. I followed the 80/20 rule which means I ate healthy nutritious foods 80% of the time and my favorite less nutritious foods 20% of the time 2. I implemented volume eating into my diet which allowed me to eat bigger meals for less calories, so I never felt hungry or got the urge to binge 3. I started to practice portion control to make sure I wasn’t eating too much It really can be that simple to lose weight!
